betty&wilma opened its doors in Fairy Meadow in 2015. Since then it has become a go-to for women across the Illawarra who want a considered mix of Australian and international labels — and a genuine shopping experience while they’re at it.
Our story
A boutique opened with one idea: make shopping feel like a treat again.
betty&wilma was established in 2015 by owner Tameeka, who wanted to create a boutique that offered a friendly, fun environment for women to shop. The store sits on the Princes Highway in Fairy Meadow — a vibrant suburb just north of Wollongong in the Illawarra region of NSW.
The boutique hand-picks pieces from a selection of beloved Australian and international labels, ensuring every item is chosen with intention and style. Whether you’re shopping for a special occasion or refreshing your everyday wardrobe, betty&wilma has something for the woman who wants to leave an imprint.
The name — two women, bound by an ampersand — is a nod to the best-friend feel Tameeka wanted the shop to have: a place where you can come in, try things on, and get an honest second opinion.
